*** Installing the DLL's ***
  1. Down-Load the requiered Dll in to your Windows System Directory. This Files are Self-Extracting Archives (eg. THREED32.EXE),
  2. double-click the archive you just down-loaded, it will extract it self in to (eg. THREED32.OCX)
  3. You can delete the file you downloaded (eg. THREED32.EXE).

*** Register OCX and DLL's ***
  1. Download Regsvr32.exe and copy it in to your windows\system directory.
  2. Click the "Start" Button on your Task-Bar.
  3. Select Run
  4. Clear the command line
  5. Type "Regsvr32 c:\windows\system\my.dll"
  6. replace (c:\windows\system)  with the path to your system directory, and replace "my.dll" with the dll or ocx you installed.
